Notice is given under Section 227 of the Community Charter that, at the September 23, 2024 and October 15, 2024 Council meetings, the Council of the Town of Sidney intends to consider bylaws to exempt the property taxes on the lands and improvements held by the following organizations listed below.
The period of exemption would be ten years, covering the years 2025-2034 inclusive, with the exception of the last property listed below (2281 Mills Road), which is to be exempted for two years only (2025-2026).

The estimated municipal property taxes that would be imposed on the properties in the next three years, were they not exempt, are as indicated on the list below.
