The Town of Sidney is responsible for street lights that are on metal poles. BC Hydro is responsible for street lights on wooden poles (hydro and telephone poles).

To undertake work in a municipal road allowance or right-of-way, please complete the Municipal road allowance or right of way permit application with the Town of Sidney’s Engineering Department.
